Who we are
Two founders with complementary perspectives on the same problem.
One has a vision of process and operational excellence, honed through the work at SAP with HSBC, Aramco and other top companies, the other brings a clear perspective of how to build the efficient AI systems at Amazon and Walmart. Twenty-five years each — and one shared conviction: modern leaders have in their hands a new resource but no good tools nor proven processes to manage it.
Carlos
ex-SAP
Carlos has spent 25 years helping large and mid-size multinationals define and implement solutions to their strategic problems, working with names such as HSBC, Shell and Aramco as Customer Officer of the Global COO and the Chief Business Officer.
Experienced in product design, project management and business process, he also held key positions on the teams that redesigned several of SAP's internal global processes — still in use today.

Vladimir
ex-Amazon
Vladimir has spent 25 years building and operating the search, data and AI systems behind some of the world's largest digital businesses, leading engineering and science teams at Amazon, Walmart and Hyatt.
At Amazon he drove ML engineering for the world's largest e-commerce search engine — language models, semantic and visual search, personalisation — serving customers worldwide. At Walmart he built petabyte-scale search and data platforms.

Why we are reaching out
We don't know each other yet
Between us we have spent half a century inside companies that were very good at managing the resources they understood. Capital had Finance. Labor had HR. Both disciplines took decades to build, and both look obvious in hindsight.
We think AI is the third one — and that it is arriving without anyone assigned to build it. The investment today goes into making AI work. Almost none goes into managing it. That gap is not a tooling gap. It is a discipline gap, and the companies feeling it first are the ones adopting fastest.
So we are doing the unglamorous thing first: talking to the people who will have to own this. We are looking for CFOs, CIOs and companies willing to share what they are actually up against — so we enhance our solution battling real challenges and they can see what is the art of the possible.
We would rather be useful early than polished late.
What we are doing about it
Our action plan, in the open
Three things, running in parallel. None of them require you to buy anything.
01
Design partners
Customers who want to shape the product through their own top-priority concerns on this matter. You bring the real constraint; we build against it and you see it working.
02
A study with CFO associations
We are running a study with CFO associations to identify where technology cost management hurts, and where the information needed to evaluate and steer tech investment simply does not exist. Proprietary proof points on the real state of the market — shared with participants.
03
Open source, Apache licensed
We are releasing a version of the product on GitHub under the Apache License, to widen the feedback loop and let people try the ideas without a procurement conversation.
